These terms and conditions govern your use of the Presswarm Windows & Conservatories website and set out the basis on which we provide quotations and services. By using our website or requesting a quote, you accept these terms in full.

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey. If site conditions differ materially from those assumed, we will discuss any revised costs with you before proceeding.

A binding contract is formed only once you have accepted our written quotation and we have confirmed your order in writing. Any deposit required will be set out in your order confirmation.

All installations are carried out by experienced, directly employed fitters to a high standard of workmanship.

Our products are covered by manufacturer guarantees and our installations are backed by an insurance-backed guarantee. Full details are provided with your order.

Where you enter into a contract with us away from our premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days in line with consumer protection regulations. We will explain your cancellation rights in full at the point of order.
